The hot water pressure washer trailer system is offered in 200, 225, and 525 gallon configurations, so you can match tank capacity and output to the scale of the job. Gas power options run from the Honda GX390 up to the Honda GX690, with CRX engines available across the line and a Kubota diesel option on the 525 gallon unit.
The compact 200 gallon models (95005 and 95016) are single-axle units built for mobile detailers and quick-response crews, delivering 4 GPM at 4,000 PSI with electric-start engines and low oil shutdown. The 225 gallon models step up to 5.5 GPM on belt-drive pumps with electric brakes, road legal for over-the-road towing. The 525 gallon models add dual axles, larger hose reels, and outputs up to 6 GPM, also road legal, for high-volume industrial and municipal cleaning.
Every configuration runs a commercial triplex pump (COMET, General Pump, or UDOR depending on model) for consistent performance under heavy, sustained use. (Please note: gas engine models are 49-state / EPA compliant and cannot be shipped to California.)
A dedicated burner powers the hot water system, delivering a maximum heat rise of 120°F for superior cleaning power. The burner can also be turned off when needed, allowing you to operate the system as a cold-water pressure washer.
