Traditional dust suppression equipment only captures large dust particulates and leave pockets of untreated areas. With this dust suppression spray system, water is nebulized into tiny 50-150 micron droplets. For comparison, droplets from a garden hose spray are approximately 1000 microns in size. The ultra-fine mist produced by the dust suppression spray system is much more effective in removing greater quantities of particulate matter from the air.
Maximizing its coverage, the dust control sprayer is vertically adjustable from 0 to 40 degrees and has a horizontal rotation of 335 degrees. Its horizontal coverage broadcasts up to 131 feet, and vertical coverage up to 52 feet. The dust control sprayer's maximum area of coverage is 49,514 square feet, leaving no untreated pockets and minimizing wasted water or puddling.
The Generac dust control sprayer's standard features include: automatic oscillation system, phase inverter, inlet water filter, and booster pump with peripheral impeller. The dust suppression spray system's electric tilting mechanism eliminates the need for manual angle adjustments, and the pressure gauge helps with monitoring the outlet's pressure reading. The flowmeter helps protect the pump. Handles and wheels make maneuvering easy.
