Trailer Mounted Generator Details
This portable diesel generator's design is CSA certified and boasts a long list of features that enhance reliability, ease of use, and a longer field-life. The DOT compliant trailer is made from a full tubular steel frame, with a lockable enclosure. The hinges, exterior hardware and door latches are stainless steel. The diesel generator's enclosure is insulated, baffled, and treated with a durable, UV, and fade resistant coating. The portable generator is powered by a self-priming naturally aspirated Mitsubishi diesel 4 cylinder engine with an output of 22.3 amp at 1800 rpm. The cooling system operates at up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
External outlets with individual breaker switches and an hour meter add convenience, along with an easy to access external emergency stop switch, a 4-position key switch (glow plug) to preheat, start, run, or stop the generator. Additional features for safe operation include a 70A start limit main breaker (to prevent overload) and automatic low oil level and high temperature shutdown systems. This sturdy and dependable trailer mounted generator is protected by a manufacturer's 2 year or 2,000-hour warranty.

There's a 4 position switch (preheat, start, run, stop) and an hour meter. Instructions are mounted on the generator's external case in several languages. The operator manual is also mounted on the case for easy access. There are multiple external outlets (with individual breaker switches) for easy access. The cooling system will facilitate operation at higher temperatures, but there is also a shutdown system for low oil or high temperatures, to prevent the towable generator from overheating.
For starters, the trailer has the DOT requirements for safe operation on public roadways. The generator has an emergency shut-off switch that is mounted on the exterior case and is very quick to access.
